Ocularis Mankind
Mahaflox came to us as an internal brand planning challenge within Mankind Pharma’s Ocularis department. The brief was not a campaign or a product launch. It was something harder — helping a specialist team think more clearly, present more compellingly, and ultimately win the internal competition for Mankind’s Best Brand Plan of the year.
We worked directly alongside the Ocularis team in a genuine collaboration. Brainstorming sessions, concept development, and the refinement of both physical and digital activity ideas designed for doctor engagement. LBL concepts were developed, stress-tested, and shaped into something that could hold up in front of senior management without needing explanation.
The work was strategic before it was creative. Understanding what Mankind’s senior leadership responds to, what a best-in-class brand plan looks like inside a company of this scale, and then helping the Ocularis team build something that met that standard from the inside out. Sample creation and full finalisation of all LBL activities were completed to presentation-ready quality.
Mahaflox won the Mankind Best Brand Plan Award for 2024 to 2025.
That result belongs to the Ocularis team. We are glad we were in the room when they built it.
