Water Adventure Sports
Mayfield Adventures came to us as an untapped destination sitting on one of Himachal’s most spectacular lakes, with a government-backed project behind it and almost no brand presence to show for it. Gobind Sagar in Una had the water, the activities, and the scale. What it lacked was an identity strong enough to pull travellers off the highway and onto the lake.
The positioning challenge was specific. Mayfield needed to reach local Himachal travellers and national adventure tourists simultaneously, while carrying the credibility of its Himachal Pradesh Government association without feeling institutional. We built a brand identity and content system designed to do both.
On the ground, we executed end-to-end physical branding including high-impact road hoardings placed 30 kilometres out, branded ticket counters, and on-site signage that created a seamless brand experience from the highway to the water’s edge.
Our team travelled to Una specifically to shoot on location at Gobind Sagar Lake. We captured, directed, and edited the content entirely in-house, producing cinematic reels and destination storytelling that the algorithm responded to. Individual pieces crossed 750K, 581K, and 230K views, and the organic reach compounded well beyond that as the content continued circulating across travel and adventure communities.
The result is a destination that now has a searchable name, an engaged audience, and a place on Himachal’s water-adventure circuit it did not occupy before we started.
