Mankind Pharma came to us not as a single project but as an ongoing partnership that has now stretched across three years and multiple departments simultaneously. At the scale Mankind operates, the challenge is never one thing. It is maintaining a consistent standard of quality and thinking across every surface the brand touches, from a national budget meet to a paediatric app, without any of it feeling disconnected.
The centrepiece of the partnership was the Annual Budget Meet, built around a concept we developed from scratch. One Mankind, One Mission. The idea was simple and intentional — every department inside one of India’s largest pharmaceutical companies working toward a single unified goal. We conceived the theme, created the logo and complete brand identity around it, and then executed every physical touchpoint of the event. Stage banners, entrance gate design, corridor concepts leading to the meet hall, and all supporting collateral were designed to carry the theme from the moment delegates arrived to the moment they sat down.
Beyond the meet, we have run LBL field activities for their medical representative network, led the visual identity overhaul of the Derma division across Moisa Wave and UV Smart, and driven PR initiatives that kept Mankind’s positioning sharp in a competitive pharmaceutical landscape.
